Data Analytics Intern
CP Axtra Public Company Limited (Lotus’s)
- Collaborated with Retail Business Support stakeholders to define business requirements, dashboard objectives, KPIs, and data needs for product and competitor pricing analysis, while gaining practical exposure to retail business structure, product hierarchy, and pricing structures.
- Developed an automated end-to-end data pipeline integrating 10+ internal sources/tables in Azure Databricks with competitor data collected through web scraping, processing 2B+ raw rows through filtering, cleaning, transformation, product mapping, and data validation to produce automatically refreshed, analysis-ready datasets.
- Used the pipeline outputs to power a Power BI dashboard with custom DAX measures, covering 3,000+ SKUs across Lotus’s and 3+ competitors with 2 years of historical pricing data for trend analysis, competitive benchmarking, and business decision-making.
- Built a prototype Databricks Genie (AI-powered conversational analytics assistant) on top of the curated data layer produced by the pipeline, enabling users to explore business data through natural-language queries.
- Created a user manual for the Director and Retail Business Support team to support project handover, and built a Microsoft Power Automate (RPA) solution to automate routine Excel-based workflows for team members.
